Hey Karen, Rob here. We had to wait to clean the windows for two weeks but llumar left the windows clean when they left and two weeks is about how long we last between cleanings anyways. As far as plants we can&#039;t keep anything alive regardless of the tints so we are pretty horrible advisors in this regard. Sorry!]]></description>
